Beta program terms & privacy

Participation

You must be 18 or older. Participation is voluntary, selection is not guaranteed, and no purchase is required. Beta software may be unstable. Test with copies of files and maintain backups. Invitations specify available builds and any testing deadline. You may leave the program at any time.

Completion reward

Selected testers who submit the core checklist results and final survey qualify for review. Failed tests and reproducible bug reports count as feedback; you do not need a perfect test result. After approval, the tester's Beta license is converted in place to a perpetual TrackLight base-product license for one computer; the same serial may continue to be used. Add-ons are excluded. No cash alternative. The reward does not require a favorable review or public endorsement.

Access and feedback

Keep the invitation password and installers within the invited tester group. Do not redistribute builds. You retain ownership of your feedback and permit TrackLight to use it to improve the product.

Your information

We collect your name, email, country, voluntarily supplied computer specifications, audio/MIDI equipment, instruments, DAW/plugin usage, testing interests, experience and feedback to select testers, operate the program and review completion. We do not scan your computer. Application data and feedback are stored on the TrackLight server and are accessible to the program administrator. No marketing subscription is created by this form. Do not submit passwords, license secrets or confidential project files. Application and survey records will be deleted within 12 months after the beta ends, except records required to maintain an issued license. Reply to your invitation email to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal.
